Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
You may choose to pay with credit & debit cards through Paypal or by bank transfer. Goods will be send after acceptation of your payment on our bank account. All payments shall be made in advance and prior to the delivery of the purchased product.
PAYMENT BY CARD
Your payment is handled by Paypal depends what you chose as preferred method. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Woowa shop have the right to automatically cancel your order. It is therefor important that you are sure that your payment has been placed in the correct way.
VAT is included for orders within European Union and all prices on our homepage include Czech VAT whereas the VAT will be 21 % of the total price. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.
ORDERING & DELIVERY INCLUDING RETURNS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Woowa shop holds the right to change the prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, this may compel Woowa shop to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way normally using the sender´s account or credit cars number as the receiving entity. This may be performed at any time.
According to applicable Czech law private Consumers have the right to return their order within 14 days from receiving the order. A private consumer has the right to exercise this right at all times and does not have to give any reason as to the decision of why to return the item. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Woowa shop in order to receive more detailed information as how to execute the return of the goods. All costs related to the return of a purchased item to Woowa shop, shall be paid and finally borne by the returner. If an item would be damaged during transport from Woowa shop to the customer who has ordered the product, then Woowa shop should be contacted within 7 days for information about claims related to compensation on behalf of the customer. Such claims shall never exceed the amount of the purchased item and Woowa shop shall have the right to compensate the consumer by delivering a similar item. Return terms does not work for watch with custom engraving. In this case the watch can not be returned.
Woowa shop deliver all watches as swift as possible and orders are usually sent 2-3 working days after the order is placed (max. 5 working days including custom engraving). Normal Delivery time is 5-7 business day around EU, 10-20 days for rest of the World. Woowa shop use Czech national post for delivery.
Warranty for our products is two (2) years from purchase date and the order recipient is a warranty certification and shall be saved by the purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself. Other parts are not covered by this warrant. This Warranty do not cover the life of normal wear and tear damage such as battery life or normal damage on case and straps that may be used by the purchaser. This warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents or incorrect use of the watch.
To use the warranty please use our contact form under “contact us”. Woowa shop performs no reparations of damaged or broken products. Customers will get a money refund or a new product sent if the product available and considered to be damaged and broken caused through an act that should be the responsibility of Woowa shop.
We only collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is information that we need to carry out delivery, creating an account or to contact you as a customer if a problem should appear but also for other important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.
All customers have the right to request access to their personal data to make changes or remove their information.
